- Please bring as much information as possible from your referring physician to assist us. Ask your referring physician to fax us any helpful information, such as mammogram, breast ultrasound, breast MRI and pathology reports.
- If you have had a breast biopsy, the imaging facility will have a copy of this important report. Ask them to share this with you also.
